By accessing or using Gab (“the Service”) at getgab.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AAIS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gab is an AI-powered voice agent platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy automated voice agents for inbound and outbound telephone calls. The Service includes bot configuration tools, phone number provisioning via Telnyx, knowledge base generation, calendar integration, and subscription-based billing.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Gab. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You must create an account to use Gab. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@getgab.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Access to certain features of Gab requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are stated in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Gab uses artificial intelligence to generate voice agent scripts, responses, and knowledge base content. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be imperfect or inaccurate and that you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before deployment. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated output.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Gab's voice agent features complies with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Federal Trade Commission regulations. AAIS LLC is not responsible for any regulatory violations arising from your use of the calling features.
All content, design, code, and materials comprising the Gab platform are the intellectual property of AAIS LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g., your knowledge base, scripts). By submitting content to Gab, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Gab at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AAIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
